Alright ...

So I cheated and just chopped the time stamp first ...
I'm actually writing this on Saturday ...
LOL ...

Went back to VS after I don't know how long ...

The school that Watched Us Grow ...

Lots of memories although in theory , half the memories were left in Geylang Bahru , our previous campus ...

Met lots of teachers who had taught me before ...
Some remembered me right away , others took some time ...
Some already forgot everything except they had taught me once ...
Ouch .

Also saw lots of familiar faces of school mates ...
Not many people from my batch went back though ...
Seems like alot of them were more concerned about their upcoming prelims ...
Guess I'll just have to catch up with them some other time ...

4I '05 was represented by all of 3 people . Wei Jie , Si Liang and Myself .

Compared to that 2I '03 had more people !! Me , Wei Jie , Theodore , Chun Han , Han Teng , Jin Kai , David .

It was good catching up with them and other friends from the other classes ...

Lots of crapping , it was as if we just picked off from where we left nearly two years ago ...

The usual jokes , the usual stories , the usual comments , the usual teasing .

This brought back a feeling I haven't felt in a long time .

I was truly happy .


I miss my day's in VS . I miss the times we had . I miss all the fun .
I miss my Choir . I miss my classmates despite everything .

I miss everything .

The fact that we were all straight shooters .
Anything we wanna say . We say it straight to the face .
You wanna do something . Do it straight up .
No behind the back shots .

There was no need to look behind your back at all .

But I'll save that for another time .

For now , let me enjoy this good feeling .

Ohhhhhhh !!! I almost forgot .

Poor Mr Alvin Lim ... LOL ... His class pasted his entire car with Post-It-Notes .





Had a meeting for PF presentation this morn ...

Only thing i can say is we have come to the consensus that we are GGed .

And the whole group is GGed .

So anyway after that , went book hunting .

Got two books from San's at PS .
2 for $27.50 .
Ouch .

Took a bus down to Bras Basah .

Went to the bargain book store at the front .
Got 6 fair condition books for 6 bucks .

Now thats what I call a bargain !

Went to the store's on the upper floors .

At another shop got 6 books of almost brand new condition for 36 bucks .
Actaully it was 46 bucks ... But I bargained with the guy . Yeah so thats 10 bucks off ^^

But I sure looked weird carrying so many books around .. LOL ...

God knows how much rain we've been getting these days ...
Think it's been raining everyday for the past few weeks ...

So anyway had to make my way down to school in the pouring rain to attend the briefing for the PF Cruise ...

Hell , it was raining so heavily , it looked like the whole place would flood ...

So anyway , I thought I was gonna be late until Perl messaged me saying she'd be late ...

I called Shane ... He's at ICA ...

I called HT ... No response ... ( Obviously Sleeping )

So I walked into the LT and saw no one I knew .

GGed la !

So I sat there ...

And waited for the darn briefing to begin ...

So like just before the briefing starts ... Shane walks in to the attention of the whole LT of people ...

And so the briefing goes on ... Pretty standard stuff ...

Lots of No-No's ... Damn it ...

Bah ...

Like towards the end of the briefing , HT call's me and like ask's where am I ...

I say we're in the LT and he's like ok ...

So the briefing is like nearly over when Perl walk's in with HT behind her .

Shane and I laughed our ass's off =x

So anyway after the briefing was over ...

Walked to the bus stop ...

Dunno why ...

Shane lets go Outram to eat ...

I was like o.O .

Perl didn't want to go , so the 3 of us went opposite to catch 75 .

While we were walking to the overhead bridge , Shane was saying ... Scully you see 75 drive past ... Than GG ...

While we were on the bridge ... Really 75 came . We ran . We missed .

Anyway we waited ages for the next 75 to come ... Aggggeeeeessssss >.>

We got on the bus and the bus drove past the overturned turtle of a car accident ...
Funny how they got the car to flip over ... LOL !

So like halfway to Outram , I decided to change the place we're going to eat ...

Finally found the MRT ...

Shane went home ...

HT and me went to Suntec to walk around ... Walked around aimlessly ...

Just didn't want to go home ...

Had Subway for dinner ...

Two free cookies and a drink with every Sub ordered . Good Deal !

Dunno should i go do that PPT for PF now or later ...

Lalala I'm lazy ... LOL ...

Yet we still listen to music that "suits" the feeling .

Admittedly , despite knowing this , I still do that myself .

Call it habit or just not wanting to change .


But, truth is .

Listening to an upbeat song when you're down may not seem like the smart thing to do ...

But after listening to a few songs like so , you'll find that your spirits would have been lifted !

But listen to music that sound like things are really going all wrong ...

And you'll sink deeper and deeper into your blue blue feeling ...

Such is the power of the music you listen to.


Through music one is able to express oneself , in ways you just can't put across to others .
Music fills the gap in our thoughts , in our expressions .
It brings out what we want to convey , what we can't put into words .
Funny how music seems to allow us this loophole into which we can speak the words we wish to speak without actaully speaking them out ...

And each and everyone of us makes use of this loophole .
Some more than others .
Perhaps with music being such a large part of me , I use it more than others ...
And perhaps I read too much into the meanings within music ...
But thats just me .

Would have gone to the airport to fetch my dad , but got an SMS from him just now informing me that his flight was delayed and that the departure time was unconfirmed and that was at 6 ? So I've no idea what time he'll be back . Darn the weather in China ... Well it's just the weird weather the whole world's been experiencing huh ?

Went to chill with Ht yesterday ...

Met him at Bugis or rather he got on my train at Bugis ...

We got off at Raffles Place ... Walked to China Square ... Wanted to eat the Beef Hor Fun and Beef stuff there but ... THEY WERE SOLD OUT =(

So we sat there awhile ...

Than walked ...

Got lost for abit ...

Ended up at Amoy Street Food Center ...

The place was crowded to the max ... And it was hot to the max ...

So we walked on and ended up at Tanjong Pagar MRT ...

Took the train one stop down to Outram ...

Got off ...

My mind went blank ...

Too long never go Chinatown ...

Forget what's there to eat there ... Haha ...

So walked and walked ...

Than I suddenly remembered ...

Bloody Hell !

It slipped my mind ...

There are like so many famous food stores there ...

So we walked over ...

Yeah we had a outing again yesterday !

Lol the last time we met up was for Syl Biao Jie's Wedding ... And that was a month ago ...

So of course there's a need to meet up again =x

Met Xiang at Paya Labar MRT with my Bro in the Morning ...

Caught the train down to City Hall and walked over to Suntec ...

Finally ended up there .

To our pleasant surprise ,

Donut Factory was already open .
*It seems that everytime I go get donuts , it's a friday and they open at 10.30*

And hot damn . The Queue was short !

We strolled to the back of the Queue . And i passed Xiang our Orders List so he could make his own orders . No sooner was that done when a huge Q started to build behind him !!

And my bro looks so tired like he's been standing for hours .
Actually we've been there all of 5 minutes =x
And walll behind him is already the front of the Q . LOL !
