a moment of rest
after week after weeks of deadlines and stuff
we've finally come to a slight breather ...
the end is in sight 37 more days to go and we're free ...
but in the meantime ...
with the end of MIS Presentation this morning ...
we have a good one week breather before the IEA Test next week ...
gonna spend the next few days mugging IEA , uploading photos , and working on some stuff ...
haven't worked on anything in the past few weeks ...
what with my concentration and focus barely there ...
but now with this break ... i'll let myself really relax for a bit ...
perhaps some inspiration is on its way even now ...
meeting you was fate . being friends was a choice . but falling in love with you , that was beyond my control .

humans are creatures of emotions
and creatures of thoughts ... and that supposedly makes us superior ...
is that really true ?
do we actually enjoy being able to experience these thoughts and emotions all the time ...
if you are happy with the way things are at this point of time
i'm pretty sure you will say yes ...
but if you're not ...
you'd probably wish otherwise ...
some people are able to control these emotions better ...
or suppress them in some way ...
or better yet ... channel their emotions into their work ...
and let something productive actually come out of something negative ...
me, on the other hand ...
i just shut down ...
and my thoughts just go all over the place ...
i'm quite prone to jealously ...
i'm very short-tempered ...
i'm very calculative ...
i'm prety paranoid too ...
a few words here and there ...
and i'll start thinking up theories that would seem pretty much impossible to everyone ...
except myself of course ...
i think too much about things that are beyond my control ...
i mean ... there's nothing much you can do about how others feel or think can you ?
having expressed myself ...
i'm feeling slightly better ...

i realized that ... when i don't blog ...

the funky IIP 4th Audit is nearing and the project looks ... erm half-baked ...
our saviour is none other than Lim Shee Chee ,
who proclaimed in class : "If I deem your IIP Project to be capable of more improvement , you can come back the week before the Final Presentation and show me again . I will not grade you next week . In other words I'm giving you two extra weeks . "
Woohoo !!
LOL ...
But seriously ... something substantial will be out by Tuesday lar ...
And Art too ...

the grass is always greener on the other side
humans are a easily jealous race of beings ...
we envy others for what they have ...
whether it is time , material possessions , relationships or even friends ...
time really flies ... and i haven't touched this blog for a week ...
not that there's nothing to write about ... there is much to say ...
but time is not on my side ...
project deadlines are getting closer ...
and living on the edge ...
is one of the most deadly places to live ...
added to that is the fact that my frame of mind ...
is no longer oriented around school ...
but rather that of waiting for something to happen : IE ; National Service ...
this is gonna be really tough ...
nothing i can do except get through this period of work ...
and hopefully i survive =d

this crush ain't going away
think i'm pretty wols ...
listening to songs that were hot last year only now ...
haha ... than again ... they aren't that old ...
it still puzzles me how the small things in life ...
like a few words here and there ...
a small gesture of some kind ...
can really change how a person feels in like just a snap ...

i'm so easily influenced ...

got back all my CT papers over the previous two days ...
rather surprised with the grades i got ...
considering the amount of "studying" i do ...
these grades are really a godsend ...
IES - 80.5%
MIS - 76%
WBA - 88%
MEB - 80%
The only disappointing one would actually be MIS ...
IMO ... Could have done much better ...
Overall though ... I'm quite happy with these results ...
Been catching up on my sleep at last ...
Though the dreams still remain ...
Although recently , they've taken a turn for the sweeter .

you don't always need a title
it's been 6 days pass the new year ...
but hardly anything feels new ...
same old stuff still goes on ...
same old things still need to be done ...
in other words life goes on ...
hasn't been an eventful week ...
other than Victor Biao Ge's Wedding on Sunday evening ...
rest of the time has been ... boring ...
lots of deadlines coming ... lots of things due ...
the urge to just give up ... not because it can't be done ...
but the fact that doing these things has no meaning anymore ..
is getting to me ...
think i'm getting lazy all over again ...
yeah ... i'm so lazy ... i'm not going to write anything more for now ...
can't miss what you never had ... really ?
maybe it's just the feeling i miss
