longest post in forever

hmmm ... not been updating much though there's much to blog about

haha ... been lazy , occupied and i just can't stand my blogskin anymore ...

yes .. i was once in love with this blogskin .... but right now ... it just contains too many memories

supposed to start on a new one ... but never did get around to it ... oh wells ...

i should start on it soon huh ...

got some ideas , just too lazy to piece them together ...

past few days have been a mixture of fast and slow ...

120908 - Friday

Met up with Shane , Ht , Perl and Liana

first time meeting perl and liana since i got back ...

went to lau pa sat for makan ,
satay was good, the rest of the food was sucky if not small in portion -.-
and i felt super cheated on my coconut -.-

wandered around cbd looking for a toilet ...
yes ... you read that right ...
because we were all so darn jewish as to not want to pay 20 cents to use the darn toilet at laupasat ...
speaking of which ... i'm just super dissed that pay per entry toilets are back in singapore -.- zzz

met perl at raffles place mrt, wondered around looking for a place to chill
ended up at tcc somewhere around er the singapore river
turns out the 2nd floor the place is very nicely done ...
very good ambiance, bean bags and all

went back before 10 which is very early imho. haha
130908 - Saturday

boring saturday morning at home ...
decided to catch up on my reading, having just spent quite a bit on books on tuesday.
almost a hundred bucks on books.

started on twilight, the first book in the twilight saga.
what can i say. it's a great book and bloody addictive. just kept reading and reading and reading.
was supposed to leave at 4.30 to get to chinatown at 5.30 for k session.
yup. for those who haven't talked to me in all of forever. i typed k session.
karaoke session.
but due to the influence of twilight.
i left my house at 5 =s

met up with perl,garie and kenneth at kster at lucky chinatown.
ht was late as usual. tsk.
k in singapore is super expensive. in comparison to k in beijing it's super duper ex.
not the mention the system is not as good actually =x
sang for 4 hours ... which is hardly near the record but ... due to the fact that that's the length of the session we paid for ... well ... yar lar ... had to go ...

wanted to go for supper but it was nearing 11 and almost everywhere we went was closing ...
wondered around clark quay ... than everyone wanted to go in case they missed the train home ..
ended up with coffee club with ht.

still love the mud pie at coffee club.
but the sin of eating one is .
ergh .
straight to the thighs man =S

surprisingly managed to catch the last 80 at like 12.30am !
lol !

got home around 1am . and made a major mistake .
i picked up twilight .
i just kept reading and reading.
1am became 2am.
still continued to read.
2am became 3am.
i really should go to sleep cause i had a game of badminton in the morning.
but nope kept reading.
3am became 4am.
really needed the sleep but the book was at the most exciting part.
4am became 5am.
i finished the book.

140908 - Sunday
Holy crap .
Mum woke me up at 8am reminding me about my game with my friends.
I mumbled yes mum.
And promtly fell back asleep.
Before falling asleep, i msged ks that i was already awake
oops =/

woke up with a start at 9.30am.
so i slept an hour and a half more.
i literally flew around the house gathering my stuff.
left the house at 9.50am when i was supposed to meet ks at that time.
gave him a call and cabbed down to eunos cc.
holy crap lar. the cab driver didn't know how to go.
had to stop and consult the road directory -.-

got there around 10.10 ?
at least not thattt late lar ...

that johnnie has really lost alot of weight since i last saw him in dec ...
he looks alot alot better man !
and he's still damn good at badminton .
bleah.
2 hours of badminton later i was all ready to just die.
haha.
no lar ... i'm not that lousy k !
just shag.

but heh nice work out.
decided on the spot to make it a regular weekly thing.
hope to keep this up.
really healthy for all involved =DD

went over to ks's house ... first time i've been to his house and we've known each other for what ... 6 years ? hahahaha

took showers than decided what to do.
was supposed to meet law for lunch too but changed the plan to go bowling at safra tampines.

so we got to safra like @ 2+ ... and than they tell us they can only let us play till 4 cause the whole place was booked at 4 ... we were like wtf ...

so we started bowling.
gave a good acounting for myself in the first game .
got a turkey and plenty of spares for 150 pinfalls in game one.
the others accused me of spoiling the market . LOL !!

game two, law and terrence joined us. they were later than us lar -.-
i got owned by ks and johnnie cause my nail chipped =x
i got 110 while ks got 111 and johnnie got 122 ...

than we got chased out
cause some company or something booked the whole place for some event ...
pfft ...

went home after that ...
and promtly fell asleep...
woke up in time for dinner ...

after dinner picked up new moon.
book 2 of the twilight series
and read and read till like 3am ...
and fell asleep....

150908 - Monday

cause of the installation of the new aircon system
zzz.

and also cause of results. haha !
liana called me to ask what did i get ... i looked at my phone and saw no sms from Ngee Ann...
so i literally flew to my router and modem and turned them on after turning my laptop on.
the time it took for my laptop to start up took close to eternity
than the wireless took ages to connnect and i was already edgy ...
and than the freaking wireless refused to connect.
i was literally in pieces while waiting for the damn wireless to connect.
just as it finally seemed that the wireless connect,
my phone buzzed.

i opened it and covered the screen. not quite ready to see the result of my 6 months of work.
took a deep breath. thought what the hell. and removed my hand.

and started screaming and jumping up and down.
my mum and aunty were wondering what the hell was going on.

the message was very simple .

IAP = A ;

i scored a freaking A for my attachment.
an automatic GPA of 4.0 for the semester.
i ran out and hugged my mom shouting what i'm very sure she didn't really catch until i slowed down ...
haha ...

was quite high while i checked with the others what they got ...
results all around were good and we were all so keyed up that we managed to get that magical A

but i was soon brought down to earth by ...
the damn installation of the aircon ...
i couldn't even freaking go out to celebrate ...

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

had to move everything to the living room. and cause they were working on the ENTIRE aircon system,
was stuck at the dining table for the whole freaking day.
finished new moon by afternoon.

started on eclipse - book 3 - after my sister finished it ...
she's a slow reader ... zzzzzz
ok to be fair she's got school and i got lots of time ... hehe

spent the night reading again
slept at i dunno what time ...

160908 - Tuesday

was woken up at 8+ in the morning
by liana once again ...
hahaha ... not that i mean anything ... but i just HAD to point that out
teeheehee :)

apparently there was some glitch in the system that allowed us to view our timetables and register for them early...
we figured it would probably be reset but , heck , did it for fun anyway ...
went online to find few people online as usual ...
no sane person would be online
yet there are always people on facebook ... hmm
hahaha

was talking to mayy on facebook chat , when my phone rang ...
i saw number withheld ... and went oh crap ...
probably ms kong chasing me for my oiap video which was due monday ...
but heyyy .... people are busy alright ... but that's another story ...
so i picked up the phone and went hello ?
couldn't really here properly cause my k800i is seriously messing up ...
needa get a new phone and i went hello , hello , hello , hello ...
the reply on the other side was surprising .
i got scolded for being irritating ...
and zomg ... it was mayy in perth ...
i was like omfg ...

the last time i talked to her not over msn ...
was lemme think ...
the last day of pri sch ?
like 6 long long long long years ago ?

ok that was a shock ... haha ...

rest of the day was spent reading eclipse till evening ...
supposed to meet at like 5 to head down to pasir ris for the serve cambodia 08 bonding camp ...
they wanted us from serve cambo 07 to share our experiences ...

a surpising large number of us turned up !
there was ht , chee yau , liu hock , edward, raymond, wanxia , kaili , vannessa , wenyu , josephine and of course myself ... anyone i missed out , i'm sorry =x
that's 5 times the number of ppl who turned up from serve cambo 06 at our bonding camp =s
haha ...

enjoyed catching up with the rest ... talking about our shared experience there and sharing with the new batch of server's.

went home and continued reading ...
till i fell asleep again ...
hmmm notice a pattern here ?

170908 - Wednesday

class selection dday ...
stratergy and everything all planned out ...
all that remained was to await the apointed time and execute
finished reading eclispe
and started on breaking dawn - book 4 -

and wondered around online aimlessly ... waiting for time to pass
msned airplane buddy but she's always busy ... haha

time ticked soooooooooo slowlyyyyyyy ....
i almost died waiting ...
and just like an hour before selection was to be open,
when timetables were released,
my mum wanted me to go buy lunch...
i was like omg ...
but went down to buy lunch anyway ...

while i was down ...
it seemed that everyone was trying to reach me ...
lol ...

got home, ate my lunch with time to spare ...
conferenced with ht , shane and liana ...
at T minus 15mins ...

every min towards 1pm ... crawled past damn bloody slowly ...
and it happened all so fast ...
at 12.59 self-select opened and by 12.59.30,
we were all in our selected class 0603.
that came solving others problems ...
zzz ...

don't wanna talk about it ...
but got majority of people satisfied ...
and you can't make everyone happy ...
so there ...

was supposed to head over to shane's house like right after ... but you know lar ...
are we ever fast and/or on time ?
so dilly dallied ...
read more of breaking dawn ...

finally decided on a meet up time of 7 at j8
but of course we really met up at 7.30 ++
and i freaking forgot to bring along my laptop adapter ...
lol .. pwned ...

went to shane's new place ...
damn man his house is HUGE .
went for dinner.
went to ntuc.
went back to his house.

watched independence day.
yea that old old movie .
fell asleep halfway and didn't wake up till

180908 - Thursday

woke up like amazingly early
and that did nothing for abit
watched harold and kumar go to white castle ...
lol stupid movie ...

decided to head over to j8 to catch a movie ...
i wanted to catch mamma mia ...
so we did !
yay !!

ate at yoshi... gosh ... the price .. the quality and the service was ...

i wanna go back to beijinggggg =((

entered the cinema late ... for some reason ...
everytime we catch a movie at j8 we're always late ...
dunno lar ...

so the show already started ...
it was a good show ...
liked the music ... ( who doesn't like abba ?)

worth my 6 bucks !
walked back to shane's place and chilled at the void deck for a while ...

went back to the house and rested for abit ...
headed over to shane's aunty's place for dinner ...

talked, watched tv.

the house flat opposite was apprently having what appears to be cell-group and we saw some girls at the door when we were leaving , one was pretty cute hehe ^^

went to j8 and chilled at coffee bean ... long time since i've been to coffee bean ...
went back around 11 ...

shane's mum talked to me and ht ...

shane WOWed .

after his raid ...

we played cards till 4 in the morning ...

slept and koed

and we end up at

prob a day of rest ... and more reading of breaking dawn !
